Medical marijuana certification question.

6. here in wash state all our MD does is have to write it in the notes that we have the qualifying

condition.. the MD doesnt give us the cert. WE go to another provider who does only that....we take our medical records in and they make the determination that everything is documented and we get the certification right there. If we want to grow more than the 4 plants the MMJ cert gives us we can get registered with the state at our local pot store if they are certified for MMJ....which means we get a card with our photo on it ( awful cell phone quality)..and grow 6-15 plants ( determined by our severity by the MMJ provider who certified us)
