2. Unfortunately, similar incidents occur

on a daly basis all across this nation, and the "responsible gun owners" are seldom prosecuted. Phrases like "reckless endangerment," negligence resulting in death," "manslaughter," and other similar terms come to mind, but because a gun was involved the guilty are not charged most of the time because "they have suffered enough." Really?
