midway through today's video Tony addressed the use of video titles and thumbnails. When he was around 50,000 subscribers he hired an outside company to increase engagement because he had a desire to make this his full-time job. The use of the provocative lead-ins has increased viewership by more than 1,000%. He now has more than 113,000 subscribers and has made this his full-time job with a pledge to continue improving the quality of his reports. Tony does not create the video titles or the thumbnails leaving the marketing aspect to the company he hired.

I believe that the inclusion of the chapters and timestamps provides an adequate summary of the video contents. You might want to hear the explanation directly from Tony at the 7:28 mark.
