(118,426 posts)midway through today's video Tony addressed the use of video titles and thumbnails. When he was around 50,000 subscribers he hired an outside company to increase engagement because he had a desire to make this his full-time job. The use of the provocative lead-ins has increased viewership by more than 1,000%. He now has more than 113,000 subscribers and has made this his full-time job with a pledge to continue improving the quality of his reports. Tony does not create the video titles or the thumbnails leaving the marketing aspect to the company he hired.
I believe that the inclusion of the chapters and timestamps provides an adequate summary of the video contents. You might want to hear the explanation directly from Tony at the 7:28 mark.
