Here in Wisconsin, we lower a giant cheese! 
PLYMOUTH, Wis. —
The annual Sartori Big Cheese Drop on New Year's Eve in Plymouth continues this year.
The festivities at the Plymouth Arts Center begin at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday. There will be a cheese tasting table and a cash bar. Enjoy complimentary hot cocoa and warm up at the bonfire from 8:30 to 10 p.m.
The highlight of the event is marked by a countdown and the lowering of a giant wedge of Sartori's world award-winning BellaVitano Gold Cheese at 10 p.m.
