Thank you Joe Biden.

The "Bipartisan Infrastructure Law," officially the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA), is a United States federal statute signed into law by President Joe Biden on November 15, 2021. It's a significant piece of legislation that allocates approximately $1.2 trillion for investments in infrastructure projects.

A number of red states did not invest their allocated share of the Infrastructure Law while Biden was in office so he would not get credit.
