Given time and money you can defend yourself from allegations of breaking laws. But abusing laws sounds completely subjective - as in you used a law in a way that was legal but I (Trump, ICE, the gov't in general) didn't like, therefore OUT!

It is very hard to defend yourself from other's opinions and I imagine there will be very little process offered to do so.

This sucks. (Unfortunately becoming my daily refrain.)
