7. There seem to be 98 voting districts in Michigan. If 300-odd votes went missing or got "adjusted" in some way

in each district that could account for the roughly 29,000 vote lead that put "45" over the top.

This is rank speculation on my part to examine the possibility. Not a presumption of evidence, or cause and effect.

I too have doubts about the final count in a number of locations all over the country. But they are only my doubts based on previous experience with "altered" voting. I have not read or heard credible comments about this, nor do I presently expect to see challenges to the final count based on evidence.

I suspect if a hand recount had been done nationally there may have been some different numbers reported on the Presidential and Senatorial races. Whether that would be enough to see a different outcome is an open question, which deserves an answer....IMO.
