I was adding in the history of the rules for context, not claiming that Caligula’s FCC had any direct impact here. To reiterate: Obama’s FCC initiated the rules. Cantaloupe Caligula’s FCC killed the rules, and Biden’s tried to bring them back. Then, this court said the FCC can’t deal with their own rules. That’s what I find astounding. Stupidly so.
