Before law school, I debated on the high school and college level and then had fun judging college and high school debate throughout law school. If you want to debate, you need to use facts to support your claims and it helps if you actually read and understand the facts you use in such argument. Here you evidently did NOT read the material posted because that material contradicted your claims.
(Sec. 6) No head and shoulders portrait or bust of any person, living or dead, and no portrait of a living person may be included in the design on the reverse of specified coins. Treasury may develop and execute a marketing, advertising, promotional, and educational program to promote the collecting of all the coins and medals authorized by this bill.

Again, there is a statutory prohibition on the use of the likeness of a person who is still alive on a coin or other currency. That statutory prohibition was waived for Eunice Schriver (perhaps Senator Teddy Kennedy played a role in such waiver) to appear on a coin for the Special Olympics. I would love to see trump try to get a congressional waiver of this prohibition.
I object to the use of trump's likeness on any coins for a host of reasons. If the Department of Treasury attempts to ignore the law, there will be some fun litigation that I will have fun following.

Yeah, but when both he and Josh Hawley raise their fists, it's very very badass. Right?
