This monstrous administration seems to think that it's trumps personal plaything. A country is a different kettle of fish entirely. All citizens and prospective citizens, whether they are fit and able or not should be able to expect that, within the law, their government is there to help them.

They are trivialising the role of responsible government. They forget that the US is not composed entirely of billionaires - or maybe they don't. The plan might be to make all the non-billionaires grateful for every manky bone that is thrown their way.
