It occurs to me that one thing that we might do if we regain control of Congress is to establish an independent office or agency for law enforcement that acts as an enforcement arm of Congress. So if we regain control of the Congress we can have a Task Force to investigate Trump Musk and give such a Task Force teeth and the ability to enforce law and judgments since the Department of Justice is compromised by the corruption of the Trump Musk Regime. Congress could establish and fund such an Office in the same way it did the Congressional Budget Office, which I believe answers to Congress and not directly to the Executive.
