He expects people who are already breaking the law by importing illegal drugs to obey a law about paying tariffs on those drugs. This rates right up there with calling the cops to have them test the bag of heroin you just bought to see if it’s any good.

And now they have another crime to hang on you…possession of drugs with intent to sell, plus possession of drugs the tariff hasn’t been paid on.

Y’know, maybe if we didn’t have a vacuum pump for a president people wouldn’t have to do drugs to put up with him.
