127. They will if that short term CR would pass - the Republicans would basically

be agreeing to that by providing the votes to pass. If the Republicans don't pass it, then there is a shutdown. So the Democrats are basically setting up a situation of either you allow us in on the negotiations for a better CR in the next 30 days or we shut down the government. Worst case scenario is they renege on the negotiations, but even if they did that, the Dems still get clean CR for an extra month without all the extra bad things the Republicans have tried to add to it. After 30 days, rinse and repeat.
