Mexico City was in mid to late October. If it wasn't for the fact that NBC would freak out because it'd be during football season (and veto it), Dallas or Houston could probably hold a Summer games some day. But because the US TV Networks have too much invested in the NFL, any US summer games would be June-August.

That basically takes out any southern city.
