I can imagine US personnel advising their Ukrainian counterparts in Kiev to be wary of colleagues whom they know are MAGAts (and therefore pro-Kremlin).

When an Austrian spy ring was exposed last year, a British operative was supposedly apprehensive about sharing this information with Vienna, so he approached an Austrian officer that he was sure he could trust and the case worked out well (but damaging to Austria's intelligence agencies).
