13. For the life of me, don't comprehend what's wrong with diversity, equity and inclusion. Grew

up with parents, teachers, ministers, politicians who all told me that this country stood for inclusion, and my generation further fought for diversity and equity. We thought we at least partially succeeded.

Now, in my elder years, I'm told my generation was all wrong. We're supposed to all be the same, except that we're not equal and we're supposed to exclude people (from what?).

Mind boggling.
