Forget the nonsense about him making himself sovereign and NEVER stepping down... he knows that not going to happen. He's coming not only to the end of his presidential years, but the end of his own life.
That bully has ALWAYS been about revenge and getting even. (Heck, he's hated Obama since he became the butt of Obama's jokes at the Press Dinner BEFORE he ever took office!) He wants to inflict as much damage as he can, WHILE he can.
