Attorney General Merrick Garland MUST immediately dismiss the current case against Mar-a-Lago/obstruction of justice Trump co-conspirators before Judge Cannon as the only hope to have Jack Smith's Special Counsel's final report on Trump’s crimes be released to the public before time is up on Monday.
Michael Popok reports on a new demand by the Democratic ranking members of the House Judiciary Committee, including Jamie Raskin, calling for an end run around Judge Cannon and the immediate dismissal of the case and release of the report, or we will never see it. It is the only path to public disclosure and Garland should know that by now. - 01/17/2025.
