Trump REMAINS disqualified by his own actions on Jan 6th 2021.
The 14th amendment is self executing in spite of scotus ruling he had to be convicted in Congress. Does a juvenile delinquent need to be convicted in Congress to be removed from ballots? NO. Neither does a foreigner. Nor an oath breaking Insurrectionist like Jefferson Davis or Trump.
This report is a day late and a dollar short.
