There's money to be stolen from the tax payers and it's easier to steal when there is a republican in the oval office and in charge of the money. All you have to know is what has happened since the days of saint ronnie when the pillaging started. Every republican president and administration has left us in A RECESSION. Then we have a Democratic administration fix our economic woes just to get another republican to come in and steal some more of our tax money. Have you ever noticed that when recessions happen the republican party doesn't seem to be affected?
