They rejected Jack Smith's request to rule on Dump's immunity to Jan 6th charges a year ago. Then, they agreed to consider the immunity request when Trump's lawyers made it, then slow walk delayed it for months on end before punting it back to the lower courts with no time left.

It's a political kangaroo court and now tangerine Idi Amin will get to replace Thomas & Alito with 40 year olds who will vote like they do.
