On Ebt buy what they can afford. Whatever will fill them up. With all the surplus food in America that gets thrown away every year, tons of it, you’d think they go back to giving it away as commodities. But no, they rather dump and let it rot. The richest country in the world, would rather see people starve, than give away surplus food.
