Sen. Sanders meets CPDA and Alliance for Educational Justice Networks #YouthMandate leaders [View all]

Dec 2, 2019

Young leaders from across the nation joined Senator Bernie Sanders to discuss their mandate to end the school-to-prison and deportation pipeline.

This platform was created by a coalition of local and national youth organizations from the Center for Popular Democracy and CPD Action network, the Alliance for Educational Justice (AEJ) and others.

The goal of the mandate and the sign-on process for it is to uplift and support the voices of Black and Brown youth from across the country in calling on presidential candidates to commit to dismantling the school-to-prison-and-deportation pipeline. This platform will be shared with presidential candidates, the press, and organizations across the country.
