it does happen then cannabis should be treated like the traditional "Ag exemption" we have in Texas. This means property tax exemption as well sales tax for farm related supplies. IT shouldn't be treated any differently than any other farm type business. However there are minimum requirements based upon county basis. I doubt I live long enough to see it happen but you cannot predict the future so "it could happen!"
