My RSO arrived, today [View all]

I've read so much about how great it is for sleep so I'm really hoping it works, for me. The full spectrum CBD tincture has helped but most nights I'm still lucky to get between 5 and 6 non-continuous hours of sleep. Admittedly, that's an improvement over the 2 to 4 I was getting before CBD.
