Billboard Campaign "Am I a Criminal?"

I have an idea for a billboard campaign focusing on legalizing cannabis.

Take a photo of average everyday americans that use cannabis. And put a quote asking "am i a criminal?"

For example photo middle age construction worker quote "I use the Marijuana plant for my sore back after a long day of work... Am i a criminal?"

Middle age woman possible school teacher "I use the marijuana plant to calm my nerves and help with my anxiety... Am i a criminal?"

Then we can even get celebrities on board. Susan Sarandon for example "I use marijuana. Am I a criminal?"

Put a human face to the cannabis user. And call attention to the hypocrisy of turning peaceful tax paying americans into criminals for using a plant.

The billboard campaign should be focused in the states with the harshes mariuana laws first.
