medical card patients pay only the local tax, typically 5-7% I've had a med card for years, but haven't fulfilled a "follow up visit requirement" imposed on medical patients this year, so may lose it. Marijuana politics revolve around rules, regulations and $$$$. Would we only put these kind of requirements on things that are actually harmful.
