3. Switched to Costco recently, but I will say this

many years ago when I was a college student with limited means and in dire need of my car, I drove up to a Discount Tire a few minutes before closing time with a flat. They stayed open, no problem, and were very polite to me. They fixed it no charge (because I had purchased the tire through them) and sent me happily on my way.

That earned them my loyalty for years.

Sorry the owner has turned into a jerk.
