was to get up early, wake & bake and eat a light breakfast. Then just a couple of minutes to get to a local gym and work out. I'd be stoned to the bone doing cardio for about a half hour and then hit the iron pile. If I could retire now, I would be right back to that within a couple of days. It would feel really great to get back into it. I'm really good when I have the schedule that allows it. Everyone knows the hard part is fighting your way in the door. My schedule now sucks for regular workouts.
