8. I bought a wide mouth jar vacuum seal adapter

It's from Food Saver.
I was a little hesitant if it would work with my Waring hand held vacuum seal gun but it does!!

My long term storage plan now is....a Boveda pack in each jar, vacuum seal the jars, and store in a dark cool place.
