so maybe it's someone's idea of a "onion" kind of joke. I've had
to move to edibles due to lung issues, which just isn't the same,
nor as accessible.
I didn't see any contact info either. 
On edit: Ah but it does say this at the end:
At the moment, the NRC isn’t accepting new applicants for those wanting to take part in the study, though that’s expected to change in the near future; we’ll update this article when it does.
