My husband pays an outside doc $75 for a marijuana prescription. His VA doc would be happy to prescribe it, but isn't allowed to do so. And, a politician, especially a Republican, with an functioning mind on this issue is refreshing. Guess the pharmaceutical corps haven't talked to him yet.
