of the strongest crime syndicate in town. They are a gang, they commit theft, they assault people, they even murder people.

They are just criminals with a bullshit license to break the law at will. A badge is just what this gang wears as "colors" to differentiate themselves from other gangs and organized crime syndicates.

If only there was a system of justice that could be applied to this criminal syndicate. From what I gather, the FBI does not have jurisdiction against this crime family, so what does that leave us to protect us from this powerful gang of thugs, murderers and thieves?
