2. Some NM cannabis tested positive for Malathion

It’s illegal to use Malathion in NM on plants. The state tried to confiscate the Contaminated pot but the seller got a lawyer - seems like although Malathion is not allowed on crops in NM, the pesticide was not listed on the list of pesticides that can’t be used on NM cannabis (mainly because it’s illegal in the state) - SO SICK - the contaminated pot was not confiscated.
