Normally I take a 12mg (10 to 16mg) gummy (cut a 50mg into 4ths) after work and chill through the evening. Just took one 30 minutes ago....

100mg would knock me on my ass.

Then again I stopped smoking all weed back in 2003 so maybe I'm catching back up with Delta 8 in 2021?
