I think that a populist movement at this point HAS to focus on the money that is destroying this democracy. That would be a great slogan for candidates running against Corporate Funded candidates.

I think that posters and emails and Social Media posts all should focus on who is funding candidates and make Corporate Money poison to a candidate from now on.

We know that the party leadership will NOT fund Progressive Candidates. We've seen it now over and over again.

There are some really creative people out there who could put up anti-whoever-the-Corporate Candidate is, mini documentaries with their funders listed and their voting records.

Since Progressive Candidates are not going to be funded, people can use all these tools to encourage voters to elect candidates who are not beholden to Corporate interests.

Until the money is out of politics, nothing is going to change for the better. So imo, that should be the main focus of a populist movement.
