If you can not attend services or will miss one of them and are near a computer watch the services of th Holy Triduum. Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, and Easter services will be webcast live on the site of the national cathedral and if you miss it you can watch it later. They also keep service webcasts from the last decade on their site. Here is the link in their website for that.

The National Cathedral of St. Peter and Paul is the seat of the Episcopal Bishop of Washington DC and the Presiding Bishop of the Episcopal Church both of whom are strong progressive women.
