1. I visited Medjugorje in ca 1989 or 1990. One of the women visionaries spoke

with our group briefly. Most of the messages we heard were generalities - Pray for peace, etc.
Some saw "signs", such as the sun spinning. I am one who is not prone to spiritual revelations and experiences, therefore was not surprised that I did not have such an experience in Medjugorje.

However, my two sons went the following year - one did see the changes in the sun, the other did not.

My conclusion - I am of an open mind. Clearly some good came from the happenings in Medjugorje. People developed a deeper faith, in some cases; many returned to faith. The visionaries have become adults and most have married. How devout they remain is unknown to me.

I have not followed the course of the Medjugorje story for many years now.
