4. "What chair?" gets my vote for a few reasons:

1 It makes the point that proving the existence of the chair is the task of the person asserting its existence.
2 Since it is impossible to prove a negative, that logical pitfall is avoided.
3 Further, denying the existence of that which doesn't exist, is redundant and illogical.
4 Asking "What chair?" is not strictly a denial.
5 Asking "What chair?" is elegantly brief.
