appears to be the NRA news. One source and lots of echo's. Given the source, the NRA, and the fact that the NRA is providing an attorney I suspect we are seeing a trial by media. The NRA has a vested I the rest in "telling the truth attractively".

If the story is exactly as presented it would seem to be an over reach. However considering that this a very expensive piece I'd like to know why he's carrying it around in the glove box where it could be damaged. The only reason to treat this collector's item this way is if he had just picked it up from the dealer and was transporting it directly to his collection. It could well be a set up to challenge the law.
