reasonable American gun owners who agree with the need for gun control legislation. The very vocal minority Second Amendment absolutist, NRA apologist right-wing faction are the real gun nuts who believe that vigilante SYG justice is the "true" American way, and will never agree to any form of reasonable regulation. Just like their Tea Party brethren, they need to be ignored and marginalized.
