I tried, DtG, but this is what I got after entering my info & zip code:

Sorry, this action isn't available where you live.

So what does it mean anyway? this evidently is a vote on a california bill, in the US senate, today may29th, how does it get in the US senate?
How come (do you think) I'm disallowed in pennsy - what, casey & toomey aren't voting or something?(both are pro gun but toomey more rabidly so than casey, altho ironically, both voted for manchin/toomey bg checks, & I believe casey voted for the other 3 measures awb, superclip ban, & strawmans, while toomey did not.)
In any event, good luck with the measure, sounds fine to me.

(your link): The Lifesaving Intelligent Firearms Enforcement (LIFE) Act -- which would make California's gun laws the smartest and safest in the nation -- faces a critical vote Wednesday on the Senate floor. YOUR Senator is on the fence. Take 30 seconds and call now. The script is below and the number is on the right.
