If you're in New York, call the troopers or sheriff's office to set up a sting. There's so many crimes being committed here this guy'll be doing time for quite a while (A class B for the gun, a B for each mag, I think a D for the sale... that's, oh, something like a max of 25 years concurrent).

Even if you're in what the gun people call a "free state," run away, as you can't prove the gun wasn't stolen (and if it's missing the serial number or, in this case, an import mark, it's 10 years in the federal pen for your time).

Besides, I don't see what the fascination with AKs really is: It's an over-priced, inaccurate, hideously-ugly piece of horribly-finished stamped sheet metal you could make out of a shovel if you wanted to.

Craigslist is full of this shit. Other than a few situations (Like NY's new AWB), the only thing it violates is the Craigslist TOS and no laws (Assuming between people living in the same state). Chances are, this is perfectly legal.
