On the 2nd always amuses me:

"The Second Amendment isn’t there for duck hunting. It’s there to protect us from tyrannical government.”

There was time when this was a valid claim...but in today's world I doubt very seriously the a person with an AR is going to have much luck against the drone at 20k feet with IR seeking Hellfire coming at them or the F16/M1 Abrams/AH64 Apache...
