I don't like it to be medical advice either, but it's just about the same as saying people need more exercise or fresh air.

I can't say anything against drinking water in the morning. And I didn't know what you just told me, but I do wake up dehydrated for some reason. I'd like to see studies on it, rather than basing it all on personal experience. No one has in this thread, and it appears this thread is about personal experience...

As long as that is very clear to everyone. I also do not want people to say, "drink water instead of taking pills." Which angered me about this thread and that's why I didn't respond to it immediately. Since that's exactly what it did sound like, but s/he's trying to say differently about it and I'm not sure how to respond to this yet.
