5. Well, that's part of the point. People ARE NOT automatically dehydrated after sleep.

As a diurnal species with 6-8 hour sleep cycles we actually DO have physiological mechanisms that counter dehydration during sleep.
Just because a person is sleeping does NOT mean that a person is entering a state of dehydration.
