14. I get something similar but it doesn't have the notification options

Here's what I get when I click the padlock in the left end of the URL window

Edited to add - I also checked all pull-downs and ">" links END EDIT

I'm using Microsoft Edge and I checked out EarlG's link

It has a full 5 credit computer science course on how to deal with the problem in Edge. Sigh.

EDITED TO ADD - I followed their instructions, but it doesn't change what appears when I click on the padlock. END EDIT
