They pointed out that in the Norwegian statistics, at least, it didn't count rapes that were done while the the victim was unconscious. Only "forcible" rapes, or rapes with violence or threat of violence, were counted. So the numbers are deliberately under-counted. AND they only count women over 15 years of age.¨
