Ill tell you what it would do, it would send a message to these banksters that they are not above the law. Faith in the economy would start to return as well as integrity. It would certainly be a step in the right direction.
To think the excuse is "if we prosecute crimes, the economy will colaps" makes me sick considering that the crimes are wrecking our economy any way.

What a load.
